• Unfortunately at this time I am unable to accept returns or refunds unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. Please contact me if there is something wrong with your order and I would be more than happy to help.

Delivery times: When the lessons or goods will be delivered to the customer or when the service will be provided after the customer has placed an order.  Orders will be processed within 1-10 business days.
Products should be received within 14 days (or more if your order is fashion, as it takes time to make your taiko drumming fashion) and are available as soon as you place your order.

Accepted payment methods: All payment methods available for customers to pay for the service.  Credit cards for merchandise, or via local bank transfer for performances and workshops.

Payment period: Period that customers are expected to make payments.  Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of the date of order.
